Pre-Season in March: Indoor practice on artificial turf or gym as space available.
- Grades 3-4 and up practice 1x per week indoors to prepare for first games before grass fields are open.
- 2025 Tentative indoor schedule for grade 3-4 and 5-6: March 11, 18, 25, 6-7PM at Teamworks Acton
Regular Season in April: Outdoor practice on Harvard's grass fields once Harvard Parks and Recreation determines fields are playable.
- All teams start outdoors in early April once fields open for the season. Times & location dependent on field availability.
- Ministix (1 practice on Saturday)
- Grade 1-2 has one weekday practice with games on Sunday.
- Grade 3-4 and up have two weekday practices with games Sunday. The game schedule will be shared when the league posts the schedule in March.
2025 OUTDOOR PRACTICE & GAME SCHEDULE:
We use Bromfield Field, Pond Road Field, and the Hildreth Elementary School Field for practice and games.

Grades 1-2
Practice: Wednesday 5:00-6:15
Games: Sundays
Grades 3-4
Practice: Wednesday 5:00-6:15 & Friday 5:30-6:45
Games: Sundays
Grades 5-6
Practice: Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00-7:15
Games: Sundays
- First game will be 3/30 for 3-4 & 5-6 teams. Grade 1-2 will start a week or two later.
- Grade 1-2 plays a 4-6 game schedule and 3-4 and 5-6 play a 8 game schedule.
- Last game will be 6/1
- No games Easter or Memorial Day Weekends
- End of season league jamboree at Devens: June 7-8 for the 5-6 team & June 14-15 for the 1-2 & 3-4 teams.
In the event of inclement weather, your daughter’s coach or HYL will send an email with practice updates. Please check your email prior to leaving for practice.
