• HYL may issue refunds prorated based on per player fees already paid to others.  This may include league registration fees due in January, Harvard Parks and Recreation field user fees, insurance fees. etc.
• All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted prior to the start of the season.  Spring season begins with start of practice and fall season begins with the first session.
• No refund requests will be accepted after the season begins.
• Refunds will be issued in the event that a team is not fielded at a particular level.
• Exceptions, including withdrawal due to injury, are subject to approval by the HYL Board.
